Claire has 25 years’ experience in the Workplace Mental Health sector. She has worked as a counsellor, case manager, and workplace consultant. She has been a member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association UK for 15 years and has spent time on their Board and is also on the Editorial Advisory Board of This Can Happen.
Claire has a clinical background and has supported individual employees and worked closely with Senior Management, Human Resources, Occupational Health professionals, Wellbeing Leads, Trade Unions and Health and Safety groups to provide consultancy and deliver effective workplace mental health programmes to organisations in a wide range of industry sectors.
