ZoneSafe Vehicle-to-Vehicle Alert

The ZoneSafe Vehicle-to-Vehicle Anti-Collision System provides reliable long-range detection to significantly reduce the risk of collisions between industrial vehicles in the workplace. Fitting to any industrial vehicle, the system can be easily configured to provide two warning zones: an outer pre-warning zone (long-range) and an inner warning zone (close proximity).
V2V SENSOR
ZoneSafe vehicle-to-vehicle sensors can be fitted to any type of industrial vehicle. Each sensor can be detected up to 50
metres away between vehicles. Once detected, the sensor signals the ZoneSafe control unit to trigger an audible and visual alarm.
WARNING ZONE
Two warning zones can be set up to provide detection of other vehicles - an outer pre-warning zone and an inner warning zone. The outer pre-warning zone detects vehicles in the distance, whilst the inner warning zone detects vehicles in close proximity.
CONTROL UNIT
The in-cab control unit is located next to the driver, offering easy access. When the V2V sensor detects another vehicle, an audible and visual alarm from the control unit warns the driver. Different alarm sounds indicate whether the detected vehicle is in the inner or outer warning zone.
