NHS Blood and Transplant need your help now more than ever to keep providing lifesaving blood to the NHS. Please Give blood.

 Give the best gift

Every day, blood is needed to save lives. It is used in life-threatening emergencies, to combat cancer, fight sickle cell or provide lifesaving medicines to help babies' hearts to continue to beat.

The NHS requires approximately 5,000 units of blood daily to meet the needs of patients. Despite a fantastic response to the Amber Alert which has kept stocks strong, with a shelf life of just 35 days, stocks need to be constantly replenished. There is an urgent need for existing donors to keep donating, as well as new donors and donors of Black heritage to come forward.

How can you help?

It only takes a few minutes for you to come along to speak with us about donating blood.  We can provide you with information, register you and, we can then look at making you your first donation appointment at our amazing Donor Centre's or at a session close to your home address.

1 donation can help save the lives of 3 adults or 6 babies.
