PSL supports client organisations with the development of leaders, and potential leaders, within the context of health, safety and wellbeing. Better leaders and safer, more adaptable and resilient leaders. Developing these traits ensure organisations are both safety places to work and more profitable as a result. While we can provide qualifications, we prefer to provide bespoke development programs that add value to your organisations rather than being something taken off the shelf with limited relevance. That said, we are a CMI Centre which means we can provide qualifications and we have the option to make bespoke programs accredited as a result.

We also provide assessment of people (Competence based assessments) and organisations (Culture of Safety, Trust, Adaptability and many more). We help our clients embed change too. If you need to implement a new policy on Isolation of Energy Sources, or a new approach to managing workplace transport, we can help with assessing the needs, and coaching / guiding the organisation through the change.

Our 'Leadership in Action' methodology supports organisations through embedding new habits that enhance a focus on health, safety and wellbeing. We have worked with some of the top FTSE 100 companies in significantly improving their organisations.
