British Safety Council has agreed a strategic partnership with Safety Health and Wellbeing (SHW) Live for its new summer event in London, on 18 and 19 June at Olympia – the premier and only dedicated event for the OSH community based in London and the surrounding area.
Partnering with Safety Health and Wellbeing Live
As part of this new alliance, British Safety Council will hold its International Safety Awards (ISA) Gala Dinner on the evening of 19 June, concluding two days of this leading conference and exhibition on safety, health and wellbeing. The ISAs event will take place nearby the show at the Royal Garden Hotel, in Kensington.
Delegates and award-winners attending British Safety Council’s ISA dinner will be given VIP access to SHW Live, as well as attend a Senior Leaders’ Summit, another new addition at the show for 2025.
Commenting on the new strategic partnership, Mike Robinson, Chief Executive at British Safety Council, said: “SHW Live has established itself as a key fixture in the calendar for health, safety and wellbeing professionals and decision-makers, and its new London show only cements that further. We are delighted to be working with the event as strategic partner, collaborating on content for the show as well as hosting our annual ISA Gala Dinner on the evening of the second day. This enables our award-winners to build a comprehensive conference and networking opportunity into their visit to London in June.
“As always, delegates can expect a lively agenda packed with keynotes, panel discussions and expert presentations, and this year there will also be a Senior Leaders’ Summit at SHW Live. I really look forward to seeing as many of our members and customers there as possible, especially those who can attend both the show and our awards as VIPs.”
What to Expect at the Health and Safety Exhibition
SHW Live has taken place twice a year in the North (Manchester) as well as South of England since 2022, and as well as hosting a two day conference, the show is now also co-located with Fire Safety Live.
Commenting on the new partnership with British Safety Council, Tim Else, Founder and CEO of What Else Events, said: “SHW Live is London’s premier event for the OSH Community. Our partnership with the British Safety Council and alignment with the ISA Awards is central to that commitment.”
