Justine Shaw is a transformational Group Chief People Officer and board-level leader known for driving culture, performance and large-scale organisational change in complex, regulated and international environments. She most recently served as Group Chief People Officer at Skipton Group, shaping the experience of 16,000+ colleagues globally, leading culture and behaviour transformation, delivering a major target operating model, modernising the People function, and embedding data, digital capability and accountability at scale. Justine has deep board experience, including Executive Director roles at CPP Group during a major turnaround that more than doubled revenue and restored sustainable growth, alongside commercial leadership of European markets with full P&L accountability. She now combines Non-Executive Trustee work at Which? with executive leadership at Nova Leadership Coaching. A passionate advocate for psychological safety, development and performance, Justine believes that when organisations grow their people, they grow their business.
