- enforced and prosecuted non-compliances for a Fire and Rescue Authority o developed a predictive model for arson events
- conducted a programme of Fire Risk Assessment for a large estate of industrial, commercial and residential premises
- published guidance for designers to meet the expectations of the insurance industry
- presented to schools of architecture on the merits of maintainability and repairability of buildings to minimise potential losses
