Dr Shaun Lundy is Chief Strategy Officer at Tetra, IOSH President-Elect, Chair of the IOSH Construction Community, and a Board Director at The Property Institute. He is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH and Chartered Building Engineer with over 30 years’ experience across health, safety, fire risk management, building safety, academia, and professional regulation.

Shaun has worked with regulators, professional bodies, trade associations and industry groups on competence, ethics, leadership, building safety and risk management. He has held senior volunteer and advisory roles, including Chair of the HSE Myth Busters Challenge Panel and Chair of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.

A visiting academic and experienced conference speaker, Shaun has contributed to the development of professional standards, education and guidance across the built environment. His current work focuses on improving competence, governance and risk management in response to the Building Safety Act, the Grenfell Inquiry recommendations and the wider challenges facing the property and construction sectors.
