He has spent 30 years building and scaling companies across multiple sectors, with several prior exits. Golden Fred was built in the field alongside a working passive fire protection install team, shaped by the operational realities contractors face on live Higher-Risk Building jobs every day. Simon is based between London and Prague and is a BNI Director Consultant.
