Zoe Goodwin
Zoe is a Human Factors Specialist at the Health and Safety Executive. She joined HSE in 2017, having been involved in HAVS and microbiology before joining the Human Factors Team in 2021.
Zoe specialises in safety culture work, having delivered improvement programmes within both private and public organisations. Alongside this, Zoe frequently presents on the topic of safety culture at webinars and conferences.
Alongside Zoe’s safety culture work, she has also worked on various other projects within the field of human factors including safety literature usability trials; undertaking qualitative research to support the Building Safety Regulator (BSR); undertaking hydrogen research and facilitation of stakeholder workshops to support Net-Zero objectives; contributing to stress research projects; and was a lead trainer of HSE’s previously ran behaviour change training course.
Zoe has experience in a wide range of research methods including question set design; interview and focus group facilitation; stakeholder workshop facilitation; qualitative research design and analysis; and quantitative research design including SPSS statistical analysis.
