Please note we will not be mailing out badges for this show. You can get your badge via the show app: SHW Live. You can access your badge/QR code called My Guest Pass from the profile section in the top right hand side of the screen.
Alternatively, please bring your registration email confirmation email with your QR code on it and simply scan it at one of the self register terminals in the main registration area and your badge will be printed.

We also have a show in Manchester from 9th-10th February 2027 at Manchester Central.

Parking at Olympia is only available for blue badge holders. If you require a blue badge parking spot, please book ahead at Olympia website to ensure a space is available to you.
VENUE ACCESS
All Olympia event spaces are designed with accessibility in mind:
• Ramps and lifts are available at all main entrances, including the Grand Hall, National Hall, and West Hall.
• Passenger lifts provide access to upper levels.
• Clear signage and floorplans are available to help you navigate the venue with ease.
FACILITIES
• Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue, including unisex and modified cubicles.
• Cloakrooms are located near main entrances. The Grand Hall cloakroom is located downstairs, and is not step-free, however, assistance is available upon request.
• Manual wheelchairs are available to borrow. Please book in advance via the Contact Us page.
