1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live, organised by What Else Events Ltd ("the Promoter"). Registered office: Raven House, 29 Linkfield Lane, Redhill, Surrey, England, RH1 1SS.
2. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to registered delegates attending Safety, Health & Wellbeing Live Manchester 2026.
- Employees of the Promoter, event partners, exhibitors, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. How to Enter
- All eligible delegates will be provided with a giveaway passport at the event.
- To enter, delegates must collect 12 stickers from participating exhibitors during the event.
- Once all 12 stickers have been collected, the completed passport must be placed into the designated entry box before leaving the venue.
- Only fully completed passports will be accepted as valid entries.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. Prize
- One (1) prize is available.
- The prize consists of £250 Amazon voucher.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Amazon is not a sponsor of this giveaway.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
- One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
- The draw will take place within five (5) working days after the event closes on 11 February 2026.
- The winner will be contacted using the details provided during event registration.
- If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Data Protection
- Personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, selecting a winner and contacting the winner.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- The Promoter will not share personal data with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the prize.
7. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway.
- The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the giveaway, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
